WHY I DO WHAT I DO
I’m here to help you overcome shame, explore your sexuality and pursue deeper intimacy. It’s something I care about because I believe everyone should feel joy and confidence in their relationships, no matter where they started.
GROWING UP IN A VERY RELIGIOUS FAMILY IN ASIA, I FELT A LOT OF SHAME AND GUILT EVERY TIME SEX EVEN CROSSED MY MIND...
which as you can imagine, was quite a lot! I had so many questions, but no one to ask or talk to. So I decided to take matters into my own hands – quite literally – and embarked on my own sexual journey of trial-and-error.
MY FIRST STEP INTO THIS EXCITING WORLD WAS AS A STUDENT OF HUMAN SEXUALITY AT STANFORD UNIVERSITY. AFTER GRADUATING, I BECAME AN EROTIC WRITER AND RESEARCHER.
Safe to say, there were numerous trials and a few epic relationship errors, but I’ve lived (and learned) to tell many saucy tales!
IN 2011, I FOUNDED PASSIONATELY YOURS, A BOUTIQUE SELLING SEX TOYS AND OTHER ADULT ACCESSORIES.
As part of that business, I delivered workshops and events to hundreds of curious women in a safe, intimate space.
My philosophy was not just to sell sex toys but to give people the information and inspiration to live more pleasurable, passionate lives.
TODAY, I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT NORMALISING THE WAY WE TALK ABOUT SEX.
I feel honoured to have shared my brand of sassy sex tips and lifestyle advice for over a decade, in major publications and over the air.
The Better in Bed podcast I created and host has been featured by Esquire Magazine as one of the Best Sex Podcasts and reaches people in over 88 countries.
AS A COACH, WHAT REALLY LIGHTS ME UP IS HELPING PEOPLE WITH A LIMITED SEX EDUCATION OR CULTURALLY CONSERVATIVE UPBRINGING BECOME MORE CONFIDENT WITH THEIR SEXUALITY.
